Our own engineers deliver site investigations, design, technical quality control and as-built documentation. Specialist drilling crews work under company management.
Integrated utility construction — one contractor with overall responsibility
We deliver work from site investigations and design through drilling, quality control and handover. One coordinated team speeds up decisions, manages the budget and reduces downtime, rework and additional costs.
One contractor is responsible for quality, schedule, documentation and the handover process.
- In-house engineering team — makes timely decisions and manages changes.
- Site investigations and design — account for ground conditions, terrain and site constraints to reduce the risk of errors.
- Technical quality control — checks construction methods and quality at each stage.
- As-built documentation — is prepared as the work progresses.
- Specialist drilling crews — follow the agreed construction method and programme.
- Cost and schedule control — assesses the impact of changes in advance to help prevent overruns.
- Overall responsibility — covers the result from design to handover.
Engineering resources within the group

Clear responsibilities at each stage
The project manager is the client's point of contact for the agreed scope, schedule and changes. Drilling equipment and crews are selected to suit the project.
Before mobilisation, we confirm access, the available route and utility information, material supply and site preparation responsibilities. The required checks, as-built records and handover procedure are agreed for the specific project.
Additional work and its effect on price and time are agreed before execution. The agreed scope and responsibilities are recorded in the contract.
